Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art service centers in the Fort Lauderdale area. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of automotive services on customers’ vehicles.

Responsibilities include undercar repairs such as brakes, struts, and tires, plus state inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, part replacements, and tire mounting/balancing.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent education/experience.
• State inspection licenses and ASE Certifications (G1, A4, A5) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and perform a wide variety of automotive services.
• Undercar repairs including brakes, struts and shocks.
• Complete state inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, part replacement, tire mounting/balancing.
