Position Overview: As a Ford/Lincoln Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of our customers' vehicles. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford and Lincoln vehicles to manufacturer standards. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Ford and Lincoln vehicles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, specializing in Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
  • ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
  • “B”-“A” Classification preferred
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
