Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an automotive technician to join our team at multiple U.S. auto service centers. The role offers full-time, flat-rate pay with a 75% hour guarantee and a pay range of $25.00–$35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' automotive repair experience or three years in military vehicle maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule (including some evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Preferred ASE A4/A5 certifications or state MAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems (brakes, suspension, engine, A/C, cooling).
• Troubleshoot using latest technology and diagnostic tools.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as technology evolves.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; use protective equipment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting tires and standing for extended periods.
