Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will learn under experienced techs, perform routine inspections, and assist in repair procedures while delivering high‑quality workmanship in a fast paced environment.

The role offers flat-rate pay with pay reflecting regional productivity and the chance to pursue ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services including oil changes, basic inspections, repair of tires, reading and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least one of A1–A8 within first two years of employment.
