Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians in Marietta, GA. You will learn and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance under supervision, addressing a range of vehicle systems and services.

We offer a flat-rate pay model with regional rates, on-the-job training, and support for ASE certification. Benefits include day‑one medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Ability to perform basic automotive maintenance & tire repair services.
• Read, write, and perform basic math tasks.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years (tests paid by company; bonus for each passed).
