Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:
   • Interact with fleet management and central office teams
   • Provide repair quotes for additional services
   • Work collaboratively to solve technical problems efficiently
2. Technical:
   • Perform scheduled maintenance, replace common wear parts, and tire services
   • Inspect vehicles following defined procedures
   • Diagnose and repair vehicles for safe driving
3. Operational:
   • Manage location-based service operations with team collaboration
   • Maintain and stock service equipment and dispose of waste properly
   • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent automotive repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of tech school or equivalent experience
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean background
• Ability to work night shifts
• Experience with repair shop software (AllData, Mitchell 1, etc.)
• Fleet service experience and panel van work are advantages
• Customer service orientation

Compensation & Requirements

The hourly rate ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 depending on experience and education. Employment is contingent upon meeting DOT/FMCSA prerequisites, including physical and medical certification.
