Job summary

Hooks Lincoln in Fort Worth is hiring skilled Automotive Technicians to join our busy, family-owned service team. We’re seeking technicians with main shop experience and/or used vehicle reconditioning background who take pride in quality and efficiency.

Our shop offers steady workflow, strong local support, and opportunities to grow with a trusted, long-standing dealer. ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus but not required; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Main shop experience preferred.
• Used-car reconditioning experience would be a plus.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Perform maintenance and repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, drivability, and related systems.
• Inspect and recondition used vehicles for retail sale.
• Complete customer-pay, warranty, and internal repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and service information to identify needed repairs.
• Complete work accurately, efficiently, and to dealership standards.
