Position: Automotive Express Lube Technicians

We are seeking motivated Lube Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety. Enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and a commitment to success are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and other maintenance services.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Install shock absorbers and exhaust systems.
• Complete multi-point inspections, prioritize needs and recommendations, and communicate findings to the service advisor.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Road test vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions as needed.

Requirements

• Technical School Certificate preferred.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Desire for growth within the company.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment tests, including background checks and drug screening.
