Parkline Motors in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking an Automotive Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced dealership.

You will perform routine service, identify issues, and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards while collaborating with a team to keep turnaround times tight.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to high workmanship, with full-time shifts Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
• Experience operating automotive tools and shop equipment.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs.
• Complete repairs to meet dealership quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and repair shop equipment as needed.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle turnaround.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures.
