This full-time role pays $25-$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Location: West Springfield, MA.

Responsibilities – Entry Level

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs
• Keep accurate records of work performed

Responsibilities – Certified Level

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform major engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems
• Mentor and train Entry Level Technicians

Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred for Certified Level Technicians
• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair
