Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A technical degree is a plus!
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Mounting, dismounting, balancing tires for passenger and light trucks.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Document vehicle safety inspections.
• Unsupervised diagnosis and repairs across systems (brakes, steering, suspension, heating/cooling, alignment).
• Produce accurate repair estimates.
• Collaborate with store management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
• Adhere to safety, environmental standards and maintain a clean work area.
• Explain repairs and value to customers; communicate with sales staff.
• Follow internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
