Job summary

Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Peabody, MA is seeking an Automotive Technician to independently perform vehicle repairs and services, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications and a valid driver’s license; responsibilities include tire mounting, lubrication, safety inspections, diagnostics and accurate repair estimates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A technical degree is a plus (automotive).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Mounts, dismounts, balances and repairs tires on passenger and light truck vehicles.
• Perform lubrication and oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles including brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, alignment; use tools and software (VAST, automotive PC).
• Produce accurate repair estimates for customers.
• Collaborate with store management to maintain productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
