A leading auto service provider is looking for an Automotive Technician in North Attleborough, MA. In this role, you will independently perform repairs and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include mounting tires, performing oil changes, safety inspections, and diagnosing vehicle issues. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1–3 ASE certifications.
A valid Driver’s License is required.
Responsibilities
Correctly mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs passenger and light truck tires.
Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
Diagnose and repair vehicles, including maintenance and brake systems.
Produce accurate repair estimates on customer vehicles.
Work with store management to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to safety and environmental standards.
Skills
Customer service focus in a retail environment
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
Basic conflict resolution skills
Solid understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry
Basic understanding of VAST and automotive PC programs
Basic math skills to produce accurate repair estimates
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
