Job summary

CarMax Bristol is seeking a Mechanical Associate to ensure every vehicle meets safety and reliability standards. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles from engines to suspension in a modern, climate-controlled facility at 449 Pinnacle Parkway, Bristol, TN 37620.

This role offers ongoing training, advanced tools, and a collaborative team. You’ll gain hands-on experience with domestic and foreign cars while upholding CarMax’s commitment to customer satisfaction and high

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing engines, brakes, steering, and HVAC.
• Strong health and safety compliance.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
