Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic to perform state and safety inspections, diagnose customer vehicles, and provide written estimates for services.

You will document initial findings on work orders, explain repairs to customers, and perform repairs such as alignments, brakes, suspension, tune-ups, tires, and wiring as needed. This is an on-site position requiring safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience performing state and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform state and safety inspections and diagnose customer vehicles.
• Prepare written estimates for services needed and document findings on work orders.
• Explain repairs to customers and recommend appropriate actions.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain shop equipment and tool inventory.
• Perform common automotive repairs including alignments, brakes, suspension, tune-ups, tires, and lighting/wiring as needed.
