Greulich’s Automotive Repair in Tempe, AZ, is hiring an Automotive Technician/Mechanic to diagnose and repair customer vehicles following MAP guidelines and company standards. The role involves explaining repairs to customers and documenting all recommendations.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to work Monday through Saturday, and ASE certification or equivalent training is preferred. Compensation ranges with experience, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work 6 days a week.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; ASE or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to appropriate certifications/experience.
• Performs work outlined on Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explains diagnoses and needed repairs to managers, service consultants, or customers.
• Recommends necessary services and documents all recommendations in the customer file.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Maintains ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.
