South Charlotte Nissan is seeking a skilled Service Technician / Mechanic to join our team. The role involves performing inspections, diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Previous experience in an automotive service environment.
• Required: ASE certification or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and teamwork skills.
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Maintain and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
• Communicate with customers about their vehicle needs and provide accurate estimates.
