Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and heavy repairs on all makes, models, and commercial fleet vehicles
- Inspect, diagnose, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to prepare them for lot-readiness
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools to troubleshoot diverse electrical, engine, and mechanical systems across domestic and import brands
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle needs and provide accurate estimates
- Keep detailed records of services performed and parts used
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment required
- Must be able to work nights
- Required: ASE certification or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
