AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems at our Maricopa service centers. You will inspect and diagnose, perform repairs, and support fellow technicians while continuously expanding your automotive knowledge.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair work, tool mastery, and accurate cost estimation in a safe, team-oriented environment with daytime hours and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as an Automotive Technician.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need.
• Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities
• Perform general repairs on vehicles
• Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques
• Professionally record findings so that repairs costs are accurately estimated
