Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking Automotive Technicians of all experience levels for multiple Shreveport-Bossier locations. The role involves hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, with a clear path for skill growth and advancement.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $38.00 per hour, with entry-level at $15 and higher rates for experienced techs based on certifications and skills. This is a temp-to-hire, full-time opportunity with weekday schedules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years automotive repair experience preferred; entry-level considered.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in vehicle repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow repair procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Complete oil changes, tire services, brakes, and PM.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns with proper tools and procedures.
• Perform steering, suspension, cooling, drivability work.
• Repair or replace engines, transmissions, and major components as capable.
• Document repairs and recommendations with safety and quality in mind.
