Bill Page Honda is seeking a knowledgeable Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles. The role requires precise documentation, ongoing learning, and effective communication with customers and teammates.

The position offers paid training and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic, fast-paced shop. The ideal candidate will perform oil changes, inspections, and complex repairs, while staying current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician with solid understanding of vehicle systems and mechanics.
• A SE certifications or equivalent qualifications preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and repair issues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting heavy parts and working in various positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and flexible schedule as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs.
• Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and more.
• Utilize computerized diagnostic systems to interpret error codes and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, provide cost estimates, and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all services performed and repairs made.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and continuously enhance your skills through training.
