Qualifications

• An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Assist with service center procedures and technical documentation.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey vehicle repair information to customers clearly.
