The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience, strong diagnostic abilities, and own tools. ASE certification is preferred and training support is provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.
• Own tools or a solid set in good working order.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude.
• ASE certifications preferred; support provided to earn more.
• Experience with European, diesel, hybrid, or EV vehicles a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, brake, suspension, steering, HVAC, and drivability issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and multi-point inspections.
• Utilize scan tools and service information systems to identify root causes.
• Document findings and repairs clearly for customer communication.
• Test drive and quality-check vehicles after repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work bay and equipment.
• Follow shop safety procedures and environmental regulations.
