Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years automotive repair experience or 3 years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
- Troubleshoot problems using the latest technology and diagnostic tools.
- Mentor teammates and adapt to evolving automotive technology.
- Maintain safety, service, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
