Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of automotive repair and maintenance services on all makes and models, including diesel and hybrid vehicles.
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire installations, brake services, electrical work, and more.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, building positive relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Keep up with evolving automotive technologies, ensuring quality and accurate repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shop goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Training & Development
- Access to AAA University, a comprehensive and employee‑centric training platform offering ASE prep programs and skill‑building courses.
- Quarterly advanced‑level continued education programs through vendor partnerships, including training on ADAS, Hybrid Drive Systems, Diagnostics and Electrical, TPMS, and a fully funded Company ASE Program.
Total Compensation Overview
- Technician Cs will earn a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 – $25.00.

Required Qualifications
Education
- High School diploma, GED, or technical school graduate, certification.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience in automotive repair or completion of a formal automotive training program.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems, tools, and technical resources to independently perform a variety of usually basic repairs and maintenance on automobile and truck vehicles.
- Understand and consistently demonstrate the proper use of equipment and tools used in such repair and maintenance, and the need to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service score.
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE Certifications (or equivalent): A4‑Suspension & Steering, A5‑Brakes.
- G1‑Auto Maintenance & Light Repair preferred.
- State inspection certificate, where applicable.
- AC 609 Certification.
Work Environment
- May experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.
- Must have their own tools appropriate for their skill level for use in the Center.
