**Starting Pay Range: $25 - $35/HR - Flat Rate**

**Location: 500 North Main Street, Broken Arrow, OK**

About the Role:

As an Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services, providing excellent guest experiences. You will also mentor others and stay updated on new automotive technologies in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle issues with strong diagnostic skills
  • Inspect and repair systems such as brakes, suspension, engine performance, and air conditioning
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep up with automotive technology advancements
  • Maintain safety, sales, and service standards; use protective equipment
  • Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, and bending
Basic Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • Three years of automotive repair experience including diagnosis and problem-solving
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension
  • ASE A5 Certification in Brakes
  • State inspection licenses or MAC certification
Additional Considerations:
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to use diagnostic technology and tools
  • Ability to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines
