Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics for our Tomball, TX area locations. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services, including brakes, struts, and shocks, and complete state inspections.

Responsibilities also include oil changes, fluid checks, worn part replacement, and tire mounting/balancing. We offer competitive weekly pay, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of Team Mavis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services.
• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and rotate/balance tires.
