Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring an Automotive Technician in Pineville, NC. You will service guests’ vehicles with a focus on brakes and general mechanical repairs.

The role includes extensive training, earning ASE certifications, and working with leading automotive software to estimate parts and labor. We offer a full-time, employee position with benefits and opportunities for career advancement, daily pay, and tool access provided by the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive experience.
• 1–2 years experience working on brake systems.
• Experience training and supervising an apprentice teammate.
• ASE A5 Brakes Certification.
• ASE certifications in Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Automotive technical or trade school degree is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and ensure on-time guest care.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the workstation clean and presentable.
• Diagnose and perform complete disc or drum brake service and related repairs.
• Diagnose braking system issues and other vehicle systems.
• Use shop software and parts databases to provide estimates for parts and labor.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to verify quality.
• Perform ancillary services such as lubrication and fuel services.
