You will perform lubrication, brakes, tires, and related mechanical tasks, using tools and industry software to estimate parts and labor, and you will road-test vehicles to ensure

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• 1-2 years of brake systems experience.
• ASE A5 brakes certification required.
• ASE certifications in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & AC preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure that the service center, specifically their workstation, is clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service and related components and flushes as needed.
• Diagnose braking system issues and advise customers on repairs.
• Diagnose other vehicle systems (Engine, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating & AC).
• Use computer systems to estimate parts and labor and navigate tools like All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA.
• Road-test vehicles before and after repairs to verify quality.
