107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Automotive Technician in Gainesville, FL to perform a wide range of mechanical services including brakes, lubrication, tires, and engine performance diagnostics with comprehensive training to broaden your skills.

You will work as part of a team, use shop systems like AllDATA and parts retailers, maintain a clean workstation, and help guests with clear communication about repairs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years automotive experience required.
• 1-2 Years brake system experience preferred.
• ASE Brakes certification (A5) desired.
• ASE certifications in engine performance, suspension & steering, electrical, and HVAC are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical services including brakes, lubrication, tires and related tasks.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues and provide clear guest communication.
• Keep workstation clean and presentable and use shop software for estimates.
• Assist with training and supervision of apprentices as needed.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.
