Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Automotive Technician in Austin, TX to service guest vehicles with quality workmanship and friendly, accurate communication. You will perform brake services, inspections, and a variety of mechanical tasks in a fast-paced service center.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• 1-2 years of brake-system experience.
• ASE certification in Brakes (A5) preferred.
• ASE certifications in Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Automotive technical or trade school degree a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and presentable workstation in the service center.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service and related repairs.
• Diagnose braking system issues and related components.
• Use computer systems to provide estimates for parts and labor and road-test vehicles.
