Job summary

Infiniti-of-Cincinnati is seeking B-Tech/Apprentice Service Technicians to maintain and repair customer vehicles. There are multiple openings. ASE certification is not required for all roles, but strong communication is essential.

We offer competitive pay and benefits including health, vision, and dental Insurance, paid vacation, OEM bonus pay, and a 401(K). Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, reflecting experience and role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor/Service Manager so customers can be informed if additional service is needed.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Service Technician Responsibilities:
