Job summary

An automotive service provider in Eatontown is seeking an Intermediate Level Technician (B Tech) to perform various automotive maintenance services. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring quality control of repairs. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Qualifications

• Intermediate level technicians must have prior knowledge of automotive basics.
• Ability to read service manuals, repair manuals and work orders.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Perform a thorough visual safety and courtesy inspection.
• Mounting, balancing and rotating tires.
• Performs routine and preventative maintenance including oil changes and tune-ups.
• Test drive vehicles to confirm that repairs have been made properly.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a technician.
