What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair systems including heating/cooling, electrical, brakes, steering, suspension, and more.
• Work with a team to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-quality repairs meeting manufacturer standards.
• Complete digital inspections and maintenance reports.
• Engage with customers and the service department, keeping them informed on repair progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and assist with shop upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
• Expertise in maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
• Proficient in using hand tools and shop equipment (own tools a plus).
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required—training available.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Passion for helping customers and delivering high-quality service.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces.
• Stand and walk for most of the workday in a high-volume environment.
• Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.
