Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician in Nashville, TN to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance of senior technicians. You’ll participate in inspections, assist in repairs, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop.

The position emphasizes mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to service. Must pursue ASE certs; company supports training and development.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical task ability and willingness to learn.
• Driver's license required for driving customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of oil changes, inspections and tire repair.
• Reading, writing and math skills essential for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and obtain ASE certifications.

Skills
