Job summary

Bridgestone is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles within our service team. You’ll learn hands-on under experienced techs, work on inspections, repairs and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a flat-rate pay model and a path to ASE certifications, with benefits starting on day one and opportunities for growth across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks and perform routine maintenance.
• Valid driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance including oil changes and tire repair.
• Reading, writing and math skills for basic record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and pursue ASE certifications within two years.
