Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician in Norristown, PA to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance from senior technicians. You’ll learn hands-on, perform inspections, and support service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hourly pay through a flat-rate system, with a pay range of $18.38–$27.62 per hour, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, paid vacation, 401(k), and on-demand daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn
• Driver's license required to drive customer/ company vehicles
• Understanding of basic automotive maintenance incl. oil changes, inspections, tire repair

Responsibilities

• Change oil and scheduled maintenance
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems
• Install batteries and check electrical systems
• Perform tire maintenance
• Install parts and road test vehicles
• Pursue ASE certification within first two years (company covers tests and fees)
