Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under supervision. You will learn hands-on skills, interact with customers, and contribute to high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Eligible for ASE certification funding and benefits beginning on day one.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in inspections and repairs at our Texas location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Possess a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services, including oil changes.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company.
