Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Technician in Duncanville, TX to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles under supervision. You will learn foundational skills through hands-on service, inspections, and customer interactions, with opportunities to earn ASE certifications.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $26.30 per hour; flat-rate pay rewards efficiency and task completion, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and braking systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and rotate tires.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
