Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles. Learn hands-on under experienced techs, perform inspections, and assist in repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range is $15.75 to $23.67 per hour with flat-rate pay. Eligible for benefits, on-the-job training, and ASE certifications; minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license and basic mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes
• Basic inspections and tire repair
• Reading, writing, and math skills

Responsibilities

• Change oil and scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
