Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician for Bridgestone Retail Operations in Colorado.

You will learn and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance under guidance of seasoned technicians, with hands-on experience across automotive systems, and customer communication to explain repairs. We offer a sign-on bonus of $750 at 30 days and $750 at 90 days, flat-rate pay, ASE certifications paid by the company, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, vacation,

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
  • Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance.
  • Install parts.
  • Road test vehicles.
  • Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least one of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
