Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our BSRO service team. You will learn and develop skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under guidance from experienced technicians, performing inspections, and assisting in repairs.

Strong mechanical aptitude and customer-focused service are essential. The role offers a flat-rate pay structure and a competitive benefits package in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license at all times.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and perform routine services.
• Understanding of oil changes, basic inspections and tire repair.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and components as needed.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certification in at least one area within two years; company covers tests/fees.
