Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our fast-paced BSRO service team in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. You will learn and perform diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance under experienced technicians, delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include oil changes, inspections, tire care, and passing ASE tests within two years. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for first-time hires and a competitive, flat-rate pay model rewards

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (tests/fees paid by company).
• Technicians receive bonus for each ASE test passed.
