Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with hands-on training under experienced staff. You will assist in inspections, perform routine services, and explain repair procedures to customers, upholding high workmanship standards.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with oil changes and tire services.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles; communicate findings to customers; achieve high quality workmanship.
