Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Wisconsin is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will perform oil changes, inspections, battery installations, tire maintenance, parts installation, and road tests under supervision, while pursuing ASE certifications.

The role uses a flat-rate pay model with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a pay range of $17.50 to $26.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, perform basic math.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years; tests paid by company; bonus per pass.
