Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. The role involves hands-on learning across automotive systems, with customer interactions to explain procedures and provide high-quality service.

The position offers a professional, fast-paced environment with a flat-rate pay model and opportunities to earn ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver\'s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; tests/fees paid by company; bonus for each test passed.
