Job summary

Huffines Auto Dealerships in Texas is seeking a Master/Certified Service Technician to diagnose and repair late-model vehicles, perform maintenance, and conduct road tests. You will document findings, ensure compliance with standards, and help keep the shop safe and efficient.

Required are ASE or OEM certifications, at least three years of dealer experience, and post-secondary automotive training. A team-oriented, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair late-model autos/light trucks using OEM procedures and scan tools.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and quality control road tests.
• Document findings and recommendations with accuracy and speed.
• Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards.
• Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Automotive Master Technician (ASE or OEM‑Certified)

Pay range is based on highly qualified candidates whose flag production meets or exceeds the established production standards. Top performers average 60+ flag hours; production incentives available.
