Job summary

Rairdon’s Volkswagen of Everett is seeking a skilled ASE Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to factory standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment.

You will perform accurate diagnostics, repairs on VW and other makes, and routine maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ongoing factory training and certifications are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• ASE Master Certification is required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repairs on all makes/models, with a focus on Volkswagen.
• Use OEM tools and equipment to complete complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and timelines.
• Stay current with factory training and certifications.

ASE Certified Technician – Rairdon’s Volkswagen of Everett Everett, WA | Full-Time | $25-$40/hr DOE per flat rate hour
