Job summary

Bill Harris Auto Group is hiring an Automotive Technician Apprentice to start a rewarding career in our service department. You will work alongside experienced technicians, gain hands-on experience with a wide range of vehicles, and participate in manufacturer training and ASE certification preparation.

You will learn to perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and progressive repairs while developing skills that can lead to Master Technician status within our structured development path.

Qualifications

• Has completed (or is currently enrolled in) an automotive trade or vocational program, or has equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Loves working on vehicles and takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Holds a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and scheduled maintenance.
• Complete brake, steering, and suspension repairs.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Learn manufacturer repair procedures and follow safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
