Motorwerks inc is seeking an Apprentice Technician eager to learn and build a long-term career in automotive repair. This entry-level role supports experienced technicians, helps with shop procedures, and develops foundational skills while contributing to daily operations.

You will grow into a General Service or Production Technician over time in a team‑oriented, locally owned shop that puts training, teamwork, and people development first.

• Assist experienced technicians with daily tasks and basic services as training allows.
• Prepare bays, move vehicles, and deliver parts.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

The Apprentice Technician Role

We’re looking for an Apprentice Technician who is eager to learn and interested in building a long term career in automotive repair. This entry level role supports experienced technicians while gaining hands on experience, learning shop procedures, and developing foundational skills. The Apprentice Technician plays an important role in supporting daily shop operations while preparing to grow into a General Service or Production Technician position over time.
